What types of PDFs does the converter support?
The converter works with standard bank statement PDFs from virtually any US financial institution — checking accounts, savings accounts, and credit card statements. Both text-based and scanned (image) PDFs are supported via AI Vision.
What is a QBO file?
A QBO file (also called OFX) is a standard financial data format that QuickBooks uses for bank feed imports. Instead of manually entering transactions, you import the QBO file and QuickBooks populates all the transaction data automatically.
Does this work with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online?
Yes. The QBO/OFX format is supported by both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. You can import the downloaded file using the standard "Import Web Connect File" option in either version.
How much does it cost?
New accounts receive 500 free credits — enough to convert several statements. Beyond that, credits are $0.02 each. The PDF converter charges a small number of credits per conversion based on the number of pages.
